External: Texture finish two coats of weather proof exterior, emulsion paint of reputed make.
Internal: Smooth 2 coats putty finish with a coat of primer. (Internal painting of the flat is in flat owners scope to facilities individual choice.)
A Sewage Treatment plant of adequate capacity as per norms will be provided inside the project. Treated sewage water will be used for the landscaping and flushing purpose.
